I’ve just come back from a wonderful holiday.  Unfortunately I came back a horrible cold. No sore throat, just went straight to catarrh and cough.  Blocked nose of course, runny eyes and grose phlegm.  I was recommended by a friend who suffers from sinusitis to try Chinese remedies which he said are very effective in clearing phlegm.  And then I went to see Mr. Leung.  He gave me an acupuncture treatment and also Chinese herbal medicine.  It was all very easy and straightforward.  My blocked nose cleared straight away from the acupuncture.  A couple of days later I noticed a big difference.  My runny eyes and nose began to clear up.  Then the cough began to ease followed by the phlegm.  After a couple of more days, no cough and phlegm at all.
